Dashboard to Track Expiration Dates

I originally built this dashboard to track pantry items such canned tomatoes, but it turns out it’s also useful for tracking subscription cancellation or first-aid-kits/medicine. This project got me to also brush up on current tech stacks (Django on the backend, TypeScript + React + TailwindCSS on the frontend) and to experiment with agentic coding.
